Randolph

Born in Ogden, Utah, Terry Randolph grew up on U.S. military bases all over the world, including in Japan. At 10, he started his first business cutting grass, and at 16, he graduated high school.

He earned a B.S. in Chemistry from UNC Chapel Hill in 1977, then attended MBA school at night while working full-time.

Terry moved to Augusta, Georgia, in 1981 and opened Atlantic Medical Supply that year, which he sold 20 years later before moving into real estate. For the past 26+ years, he has built a real estate investment business with nationwide single and multifamily, self-storage, and commercial holdings.

He also served 10 years on the Columbia County Board of Tax Assessors.

Terry enjoys time with Vicky, his wife of 26 years, their four children, and eight grandchildren. Three attend Augusta Prep: Jackson ’26 Alum, Tabb ’31, and Brighton ’35.
